Pinnacle Directors meet PM at Downing Street.
Pinnacle Directors were invited to Number 10 Downing street by the Prime Minister and Lord Mandelson. Wyn Griffiths and Glyn Trott were guests at a reception at number ten, hosted by Prime Minister Gordon Brown last week. Pinnacle is the top UK Letting Agency in the 2009 Awards.
Customers have voted Pinnacle as the UK’s best small letting chain. The company, based in South Wales, clinched the title at the Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2009 in London. They were presented with the trophy by TV property guru, Phil Spencer.

Letting Agent of the Year
Pinnacle Letting Agents came second in the Letting Agents of the Year, 2008 Negotiator Awards, and received a 'Highly Commended' certificate and commendation from the judges. Agents Parkheath won the main award, and both companies beat national companies Your Move, Countrywide Residential Lettings, Jordan’s Residential Lettings and Sequence.

Landlord Monopoly Night
A date for Pinnacle landlord’s diaries. On 19th November, Pinnacle will be holding a Monopoly night for their landlords, as a bit of fun. They’ll also be the chance to get the lowdown on the latest in the South Wales property market. Invitations have been sent, but if you require further information please contact your local branch. Letting Agent of the Year
Pinnacle letting agents have been being short-listed for Letting Agent of the Year at the 2008 The Negotiator Awards. The winner will be announced on the 11th November award ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane.

4% rent increase
Pinnacle lettings agents have reported a 4% rent increase from quarter 2 to quarter 3 in 2008. The average rent between April to June was £609 per month, and between July to September the average rent was £635. A 4.1% increase.
